Mint Arnold Palmer with Agave
makes one serving
2-3 T agave nectar, sweetness is your preference
about 5 mint leaves
.25 C lemon juice
.75 C fresh brewed mint tea, cooled
ice
Combine mint leaves and agave in a tall glass and muddle a bit to release mint oils. Add lemon juice and tea and stir. Drop in the ice and enjoy with something crunchy.
